I have always envied those who write, draw, play an instrument and thought oh how I wish I had a talent. Then one day a good friend said to me that we all have a talent of some sort. It was just a case of finding what mine was. Over the years quilting has become my love and my talent. I love being able to express myself through my quilts. It is an on going process and I continue to learn from the wonderful teachers and my quilting friends.  I have been quilting for over 15 years and feel that my knowledge is still limited. Creating originals is still a challenge and a fear for me. The idea of failing at creating something that is original holds me back even though I have made a few attempts I have a long way to go.
I love quilting

  1. Dearest friend, keep in mind this thought: When we create an original piece there is no such thing as failure. With everything we do we have the opportunity to grow and learn from our experiences. Embrace your original pursuits as exercises and just go for it. I've seen your work and believe in you!♥
